4Sight were growing at a rate faster than they could maintain, exacerbated by closed borders, as well as an increased awareness of our environment, and growing work from hospitals, schools, and commercial builds.

For them, recruitment had been organic over the last decade or so. And although their approach had gone well initially, it wasn't going to work forever. There was no set process, story, or structure. And there was further need for an increased profile to support candidate engagement.

4Sight's goal was to foster and attract the best talent to support clients and the environment.

A strategic recruitment marketing plan saw us building awareness and engagement with a mix of traditional, digital, PR, and social advertising. The campaign included sponsored articles and videos on news sites such as TVNZ and NZ Herald as well as programmatic display.

Having a clearly defined story, meant that our Candidate Management team were able to share and show 4Sight's opportunities, ambitions and goals when engaging and connecting with potential candidates. This also ensured 4Sight had a unified and singular voice in the market.
