And, with a lean People & Culture team of two, they needed an extra pair of hands to help with the recruitment process during this busy time. There were a a range of roles. Accountant, Office administrator, Legal Secretaries and a need to find students to help with litigation discovery.

We already managed Anthony Harper's recruitment advertising needs, so we used our strategic advertisement placement, then linked it back to our ATS site and we managed the recruitment process from end to end. Rather than charging placement fees, we kept costs down with hourly rates. We managed the applications coming through, initial phone screen, providing shortlist to the hiring managers, interview scheduling and then offer negotiation.
