CHALLENGE

With a large pipeline of work and a continued need for infrastructure talent, Auckland Transport engaged us to assist them in attracting offshore talent for current and upcoming projects. Auckland Transport were already using us for LookSee, creative services, and media management separately, so the proposed solution brought together everything as one strategy.

SOLUTION

The campaign also needed to have a long life and allow Auckland Transport to build up a pipeline over the next 12 months and beyond. We created a landing page with the key message of “It's All Go at Auckland Transport” and directed candidates there through channels and sourcing from our LookSee community. Applicants were then screened, and suitable candidates passed over to Auckland Transport Hiring Managers to connect and interview.
