Delta is an infrastructure company that needed to attract international talent to fill a gap in the New Zealand market. While their main appeal lies in being based in the spectacular South Island, this on its own was not enough to attract the talent they needed.
Given that most of the new recruits would be working outside, we decided that by coming to Delta, they would have The World’s Best Office. We built a campaign around this idea, selling the unique South Island experience complete with zip lining and other extreme outdoor activities.
