Proudly 100% kiwi owned and one of the country’s largest organisation, Foodstuffs is better known to audiences as their supermarket brands; New World, Pak’nSave and Four Square. However, the Foodstuffs brand was often lost when presenting themselves to the market.
With so many brands sitting under one organisation, Foodstuffs were struggling to present themselves as one unified Cooperative. They needed our help to present themselves with a strong employer branding presence to potential candidates, as well as increase internal staff engagement from across all their various brands.
We used our employer branding expertise to come up with the Foodies concept – where everybody that works for Foodstuffs became Foodies rather than employees. We also focused on internal engagement and worked with Foodstuffs to present their new identity to the market via engaging video and visual content.
